I just mean...??? a little too oblique for me, what do you mean?
You read this whole thread,
the problem,
the solutions put forward (its not like its new ground here either),
then the good discussions about why to do it the right way,
the design is questioned and comments about numpties are mentioned,
then bam...
10mm bolt, wrong washer, 2 washers.
Anyway, OP, you need to read up on this, there are plenty of threads on here about how to get the old washer out, like use a screwdriver to dislodge, and a piece of wire with a hook to lift out. There are also many threads (including this one) about why you should use the correct parts.
In your case as a bare minimum you should use the proper MB washer, the placement of the injector is a precise fit, kind of like your spark plug gap in a petrol engine.
Also, since you are using a 10mm non-stretch bolt now, you probably should really get a new clamp as well, but who knows, they weren't designed for a standard bolt. The clamps do break, I know, because I've had one break using the correct parts. There is a revised forged clamp now, and it is supposed to be replaced with the washer and bolt.
And make sure the seat is clean and flat, and the injector mating face is clean and flat.
