2009 W204 key fob not opening windows

Hi All,
My key fob doesn't open all the windows when I try to. How can I fix it?
Note: I always try to within the required 5-10 feet range.

It works form the IR part of the keys so it needs a clear line of sight from the key to the receiver on the drivers door handle

...and, from my experience, you need to be a lot closer than 5ft.
