200E Door Panel and Headlight Glass

Hi all, Looking for advice how to get the door trim off the drivers door. I think the window glass has dropped of the runners a little cos its not closing to the very top.
Can the glass be replaced/removed from the headlight so I can remove the condensation from inside

If the window closes OK but leaves a small gap at the top & makes a stuttering noise then the mechanism is worn out and you need a replacement regulator

The headlamp glass is replaceable after removing the whole headlamp assembly. Be careful with the reflector as the silvering is very delicate
