C250 estate 2011
Hello. I have a c250 estate 2011. I’ve been having trouble with the car going into limp home mode for a while usually on motorway journeys. It clears after a few days. I’ve had the pressure sensor changed and a full regeneration done but the problem persisted. I had the Dpf checked again and it was reported to be ok, however, the garage changed a dirty air filter - and is also recommending that the inlet manifold needs to be changed as they suspect that it’s warped and is leaking. Since the air filter was changed, I’ve not had any further issues. I’m loathed to get the manifold replaced now as it’s 6 hours of labour and a few hundred pounds on parts. Appreciate any advice on this from the experts here. Thank you

If it ain't broke don't fix it .

They are known to hole from hot egr gasses even though it's got an egr cooler !

I wonder what an iCarsoft would of said the air filter % was .
