2011 CLS W218 music/hard drive question ?

Hello guys took handover from my main agent of a met white 2011 CLS 350 CDI AMG SPORT ,so relieved to see its got the 10GB hard as well as the optional 6 disc changer its also got the PCMCIA card slot .
I haven't got the media leads the dealer was on about but they ordered them for me , do i need the leads to transfer music ?
What do i need to transfer music files from my macbook pro to the hard drive in the car ? can i rip MP3 files from a disc inserted ? whats a PCMCIA card!? don't think my macbook has got a slot for that
Any info guys would be grateful

Mate you seem to be the merc guru
so until i get the card reader i do an MP3 disc in I-tunes i can rip that to the hard drive ?

Not really on this subject, though been into electronics all my life.

You need a PCMCIA adapter to a SD card, they are strange things and fit in that slot in the comand. they are fussy things and only work with certain adapters, I will take a picture of mine.

Do you have a USB slot.

I think the USB is on the data lead they have ordered !?
Anyway i have worked out how you pull the MP3 music files from disc to hard drive , the only thing it seems to be bunching it all in to one music file with a hundred or more songs in rather than individual album files ? is there a way around this mate or is that the way they do it ?

I only have one SD card, all in MP3, it gives you the album titles and the name of the song thats playing. My car is too old for an USB.
