2013 E350CDI COUPE FRONT WINDOW NOT WORKING

Hello People
It’s been a long time since I’ve been on here and I’m looking for some help please.
The wife’s drivers side front window has stopped working,When you press the button to go up or down the motor can be heard but the window doesn’t move and it’s starting to drop down so every night I’ve got to manually pull up the window and try and jam it up…
Before I start to look into this and pricing parts I would love to hear some advice from you guys..

I’d hazard a guess that the window regulator is tired. I’d get the door card off and have a look at it.

Used one here including the motor. Remember the coupe window drops on opening the door and closes again when you shut the door. It may not be a simple DIY job.
