C300 Coupe Prem+ (2017)
Good evening all,

Does anyone on here with a 2017 C-Class Coupe that was ordered and picked up in the first 4/5 months of 2016 have the 'Automatic Seatbelt Presenter'? You know the convenient part that push's the seat belt out once you sit down? Well, I haven't... (ordered early January 2016 and picked up late March 2016)

The sales guy says it was for Europe only during those times but in my mind should be fitted as standard. It's listed as 'standard' on the most recent online brochure. My response was that the UK is in EU... Even the official advert from August 2015, uploaded on Youtube (Aug 2015) shows this feature - (0:15) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OYyp3Udi64&list=PL9815F7D2C03444A0&index=21

Would be great to see if you were lucky enough to have yours fitted, or if you've just realised you should have.

I'm waiting to hear back from head office but according to the sales guy, it's not something that can be 'retro' fitted either... VERY ANNOYING!

It's looking that way, but they 'should' be standard on mine too.

I've had no end of issues with the car, from a faulty passenger seat sensor on the day of pick up to the boot hinge breaking 3 times in the first four months (now recognised as a production line issue). Chances are that they forgot to add the automatic presenter on.

As far as I know we're still in Europe! At least for now
That is a strange issue and highly irritating

I took delivery of my C class coupe in September and it has the seat belt extender. The salesman said if I took delivery earlier it wouldn't have the extender. It's very useful and makes it much easier in a 2 door to grab the belt. The extender itself feels a little flimsy in that it 'wobbles' a bit when you grab the belt.

Any many months of asking, it can't be retro fitted. Too big of a job!
