2017 C220d sport premium - help advice please

Hi All, I'm new to group and new to owning mercedes. I have a lagging issue with my screen which affects all selections, sometimes worse than others. Is there a simple solution like some kind of factory reset, clear ram,, update software or similar? I asked mercedes benz dealership but they just want to charge £200 to 'investigate'. It must surely be a common issue with a simple solution, any guidance gratefully recieved? Thanks

Did you buy the car from MB (approved used ) , if so…warranty ?
