202 Rear Wheel Arch Sound Insulation

Posted a while back about road noise from the rear - I have just noticed that the russian site lists sound insulation for the rear arches here (item 68 ). This should sit under the rear arch carpet, my car doesn't have these - if you have a 202 do you know if yours does?

Wondered if this was deleted during late 90's penny pinching as I have read comments elsewhere about people finding the later 202s noisier than the early ones.
