Very dissatisfied with the seating. I have ivory seats and they are turning blue from jeans and they are uncleanable.
I have called Arrowhead Mercedes and they basically told me they could not do anything. I have called 2x where I bought the car and was guaranteed a call back both times, one week later no call. - Mercedes Benz of Gilbert, Both dealerships are in Arizona.

Has anyone found a solution of has had Mercedes reply??? B

I’ve light grey nappa leather in my SLK and 126K miles on the clock, the seats have no staining and I clean them about once a year with soap and water.

Your leather should be sealed (as all modern leather is) I’d find an upholstery specialist and get their professional view of the issue.
