203 gearbox oilchange

hi all,
i'm currently in the process of changing the e class for a c class, a 220 cdi. i have noticed in the past about oil changes for the gearbox, is this now an automatic thing under service or does it need to be requested. the car has 42k on the clock.

Lots of threads on this,as some dealers do not want to do it. the sealed for life thing has been scrapped and you now change it from 40k up. MB do it on Assyst but not when you pay.
