Just a quick question:

Been poking around this weekend investigating seized/stiff nearside kingpin. I've managed to get the brake/hub assembly off and had a bit of a fiddle around. The source of the problem seems to a collapsed bearing. What would be the best method to remove the kingpin in order to replace said bearing?

Cheers.

I don't know these in detail, but, generally;

Look for a cotter pin about halway up the axle end. Remove the cotter pin, and then press the kingpin out.

Some king pin designs dont use a cotter pin, but, instead rely upon a taper fit between the king pin and axle. These can be pressed out and back in.

When re-assembling, take care to make sure the swivel moves freely.
