210 sprinter clutch query

Hi all, first thread on this site, just bought a Sprinter camper and very please with it too!
I was wondering if the members could answer this simple question?
The motor has done around 100,000 miles and its clutch bites as soon as it is released from the flloor, is this normal?

Hello and welcome,, it looks as though the release bearing and plate are are the way out, its hydraulic with no adjustment
