210 wing replacement (rust)

hi, i have had the rear doors and front wings replaced due to rust and after four months have almost got everything to my satisfaction - door fit mainly. the question is to those who have had warranty work done with replacement wings, does the drivers wing where it goes from the vertical before the curve to top of wing, just below base of wing mirror line, dip in slightly as if the wing has been dressed to fit?. i have been told by dealer that all drivers replacement wings are like this and will show me a spare one on thursday, passenger wing is perfect. the wing fits to the door curve perfectly but the the reflection in the paint shows as if a bend to fit to door shape. have lost patience with dealer/ bodyshop and would like feedback to go armed with if necessary.

I got all four doors tailgate, bonnet, front wings replaced and the old doors were defo better looking than the new ones mine look funny around the handles almost as if they have been filled, and i have been adjusting my doors for over a year now and they are still not right.

I would say be thankful taht they done it for you and put up with it the car will never be perfect again after having all the panels replaced, the craftsmanship is just not there in some of these bodyshops.

Just my opinion now dont take me up wrong.

I've just taken delivery of my W210 after o/s/f wing replacement and it looks just like teh n/s/f which was also replaced a few months back. No "dips". I have to say, I'm impressed with the fit of all my new panels (tailgate, 4 doors, 2 wings). Must have a good bodyshop. Spotted the first signs of rust on the rear wheel arches this afternoon

I had 4 doors replaced, they look like originals. The ony gripe I have is the seals are no longer as good so am going to replace them now.
