210037 Instrument cluster

I have this 210037 its the one with the push buttons each side of the cluster, this thing is stuck and no way will it push out and the plastic surround with the push buttons moves more that the cluster, there is no room to get the tools down the side, it appears that the surround is all part of the cluster, This one is beating me and I hate that

I thought that Malcolm could have helped out here, There was no way that it would budge so I had to send him on his way to MB.
