Hello everyone - my first post on this forum.

The rear offside electric window on my 1992 WDB124 is stuck half open, so I thought I would take advice from other posts and swap the switch with the NSR. The switch fitting is different to the later models shown with some excellent photos on another thread, so wanted to take some advice on the best way to remove it to avoid any damage.

I should also mention that when I depress either switch for this window (drivers console or door) it generates a click within the NSR door.

Have you tried it with the door open, ,,and is there no noise at all from the motor in the door,,it is possible that the carbon brushes are stuck or worn on the motor,,taking off the door panel and giving the motor a whack could start the motor up

Door open or closed, it doesn't work.

Any special techniques for removing the moulding that houses the windows switch?

Not easy but I have sent a paper that covers the door panel removal, that is all I have

It worked after a few solid taps.

Many thanks.
