230E 87 autom. service - 100000 km maintenance

Hi all

I need an advice what service operations I should do immediately to my new car. it has 100000km in meter, but I don't know anything about the cars maintenance history (if there even is any). I hope that I have many troublefree miles left with my car car and thats why I am asking If any of you have experience, which parts could be worn or need to be replaced.

Best advice, get it into your local Mercedes agent for a full service, that will give you a good base to start from.

Sorry being a bit dumb, didn't read the header properly.

Give the car a full service including auto transmission fluid and filter, brake fluid, antifreeze, power steering fluid, and differential oil, spark plugs.
The rest is really a case of checking and lubricating.

Thank you for your reply. I am going to change all the "fluids" as you said. How about the valve timings. Is it driven by belt or chain and does it need any adjustements/belt change?.
Is it normal with MB:s that when my gearbox changes to next gear I can hear a Knock sound from the rear axle ?

What could be broken or wrong ?

SOunds like a worn Drivetrain, but at about 75000 miles this shouldnt be happening. Is everything done up tight back there?
