230TE seven seats - seven seat conversion

Does anybody know where I could obtain a seven seat conversion for my 1988 230TE.  I have checked with some after-market suppliers and it seems particularly expensive (circa £1500).  Are there any second hand ones about, or a less expensive new one?  It`s obviously a good mod for large families (like mine), but only if it doesn`t cost an arm and a leg!

I`d appreciate any advice.

Hi Stu,
I don't know about after market 7 seats but you could buy my 7 seater, E230, G plate!  I am moving up scale due to finances easing: yes, another E Estate!
G275MGO was our local garage owners car, maintained "without regard for cost" and has 167,000 miles on it.  All sound, auto box, £,3000 o.n.o.   Please reply to this posting or phone me on 0787 9441219.

Thanks for the offer but I`ve only recently purchased this one.  Your description of your car pretty much matches mine (apart from the year) in terms of mileage, history etc.
