250D 2018 ad blue problem

Hi first post from me, I've got a 2018 C Class 250D with the diagnostic warning light on. Had it checked n a computer and that showed an add blue issue but not specific. On the ad blue screen in the car it shows cannot read ad blue level, but its at least 3/4's full. Anybody else had this problem ??

Get it on a proper MB diagnostic and you will get more info. As you cannot read tank level, its probably a broken level sensor in the tank (new tank needed) but you should check before spending £990 + VAT on a black plastic box.
