300 CE 24 Hot air only!

HMy neighbours car will only put out hot air regardless of where the temp settings are. The EC, Recirc and demist lights do not light up either. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like the control box has failed, if this was the duo valve it would not affect the other fuctions

It needs someone with a volt meter,,you could check the output that goes to the duo valve off, and moving the control knobs from hot 0volt to cold 11v approx, you can pull the connector off the duovalve and put the meter into the center pin and either outside one
