Yes will get some pics up asap of them fitted. Just trying to work out what width tyre to use?

Do I go 205 front 225 rear or 215 all around or 225 all around, with the various profile to match the original radius?

I'd be careful trying to get 235/45's on the front.

I had 225/45 x 17 Goodyear F1's on at first and they caught the front arches under excess suspension movement, but they are very broad shouldered and look far wider than other makes in the same size.

I run 225/45 Toyo's all round on my summer set at the mo and they have no clearance problems at all.

They do look the business those wheels, hope your car gives you much pleasure.

What tyres do you intend to run, please put good quality rubber on those pukka wheels.

Just realised you asked about wheelbolts, i doubt if the original bolts will be correct for your new wheels, did they not come with the correct bolts anyway?

They didn't come with any bolts from the seller. Hope they fit or I will have to wait to get them on now. Have reasonable rubber on them till I can afford more. I have put 215/45 on front and 235/45 rear.

A good idea to see how far the bolts protrude through the back of the 2 types of wheels, if the new wheels enable the bolts to show too much thread there is a danger of the rear bolts fouling the handbrake mechanism.
Both wheels should be cast for curved bolt seats as against some of the aftermarket wheels which are tapered, but worth a look to be sure.

Have you notified your insurance co about the wheel mods, if not it might be prudent.

Hmm I have just fitted them, didnt notice anything with the rear bolts fowling the handbrake mech?? The wheels are both curved as you say so the bolt face seems correct.

Will be call the insurance in the morning, dont want to lose my nice new amg wheels :)

Here are the pics, think it needs lowering now??

They do look nice, but the correct 235 tyres would have filled the gap better,, with no danger of fouling the wings

Hi,
Looks nice, i do like the colour.
Hieght wise i think it looks about right IMO, if you do decide to lower it use the MB Sportline springs, this way you should,nt have any problems with the wheels fouling the arches.

Thanks for the advice, after a drive around the block, it has settled down and I think I will leave the height.

I was worried 235 on the front would fowl the arches??
