Hello folks, long time no post....
The staff wagon has developed a small problem when coming to a halt.
slowing down in stop start traffic, below 5mph with the brakes on & smoothly coming to a stop -it suddenly feels as though the brakes have been released with a grinding sensation though the pedal for about half a second (a lot longer than the usual ABS pulses) . Making the car in front get closer quicker! It has happened twice. Needless to say I would really like it not to happen a third time!
My theory is that it is an ABS sensor playing up -the problem is where to start looking or do I need to look at all three sensors? If it?s not a sensor any suggestions.
Before you ask, no the ABS light comes on & goes off at start up as normal & can't say I have noticed it flashing whilst it is playing up.
