300E Cruise Control - Can It Be Retrofit

I have just bought a fabulous 1989 300E - one owner, full MB dealer service history and only 76,000 miles - but the only thing it doesn't have that I would like is cruise control. Can this be retrofit by a specialist or dealer and how much should I expect to pay?
