You are best to buy the tools from the dealer, about £10.

If you are lucky, the dealer will give you a demonstration on their use.

I have a video I can email you. The dash pulling tools are very simple - just long hooks that slide down each side - twist to 90 degrees and then you inch it out each side a few mm at a time. You can drop the trim under the dash to push it out from behind as well. Do it slowly - the glass can crack on the cluster.

Hi,
I have removed my cluster a few times, it is relatively simple, un do the screws on the lower trim under the steering wheel, if you have adjustable dash then pull if all the way forward and tilt it down.
you then need to remove the 2 x 10 mm nuts at the bottom of the trim.

once you have taken that out, get under the wheel andpush the cluster from behind, some are wedged in quite tight but a bit of gentle persuasion should pop it out.

Then simply a matter of disconnecting the mains to it and replacing the bulb.

WARNING!!!!!!
DO NOT TURN THE IGNITION ON WHEN THE CLUSTER IS DISCONNECTED THIS WILL NO DOUBT SEND A FAULT CODE TO YOUR CAR AND WILL THEN ALWAYS SHOW THE SRS LIGHT ON PERMANATLY.

Muso,
seriously its not that difficult..... there are i think 3-4 screws on the trim under the steering wheel and 2 nuts.
Undo them all and you should be able to remove the trim.
This will expose all the under side
slide yourself on the floor where the pedals are put your arms in to the dash and push the cluster.
your will feel it pop out...
