300sl - 24 R129 Location of Fuse for Cigarette lighter

Cant use my sat nav as the fuse is hiding from me! Anyone know where it is please?

The cigar lighter should be on the same fuse as the radio,, we have no information on the fuse layouts as it was before WIS came about

hi I have the same problem no power to cig lighter radio works so its not that fuse did you find out problem thanks

This should suggest that possibly the lighter has a poor or burnt connection as the radio and lighter both use the same yellow cable, I am very sure on this point

ive disconnected the cigarette lighter so the block connector is loose ive put a test light on and no power if I take radio out and find the yellow wire can i tap into it and run another wire to the cig lighter to run the sat nav. thanks

The wire comes from the ignition switch as they are both key 1 and key 2 I will check to be sure tomorrow on the wiring,,this could be tied up with the fan fault
