300sl 90 check engine light - oxygen sensor

I have a problem my check engine light comes on after about 30 miles of driving the dealer has replaced the o2 sensor... checked all hoses..... they say not to worry just a sensitive part of the veh..... It still bothers me having that light on  anyone with any advise or similar thing happen before any help appreciated...

He said the " Check engine light ". Mine too.

Mine is on.
I have not been in to have a dealer service my cars for over 15 years.
I have been able to do my own.
But what's a poor slob to do with a ML320 with a check engine light on all the time. I dis- then re-connected the battery terminal cable. No luck.
September 2003 update. Paid $73 for the deal to tell me MAYBE the light is caused by the EGR Valve. $350 and I can find out.
