320 Cdi Avantgarde swap?

Bit of a long shot this one, but does anyone have a E320 Cdi Elegance to swap with my same model Avantgarde? '01 Y reg in Violine, on Grey Leather, done 98k with FMBSH. I like the engine but hate the firm ride, and also prefer cloth to leather. Plus it looks a bit 'bling' for my tastes.
Any takers??
