I have a problem my 320 convertible with the rear windscreen area where the roof seal has split and gets creased when the roof is closed.
I think due to its age, the stitching and glue have failed in places.

I'm struggling to find a suitable repairer in Northamptonshire and wondered if anyone has any ideas or contacts.
I'm prepared to travel to get it fixed.

Thanks in advance.
Andy

That’s the rubber roof lining that is getting caught in the rear screen when the roof folds. It’s tensioned away normally by little bits of elastic. They break and what you see is the result. If you are good with a needle and thread you can stop the roof halfway and sew some new bits in. I’ve seen people use safety pins, but sewing is better. The harder screen surround will recover in time.
