350e issues

Hi All, I am new to this forum. I've bought a Merc 350e few weeks ago. There are few issues.
- auxiliary battery malfunction is reported on the dashboard
- Car would drive in electric mode, but for past few days its always runs on petrol

Does the auxiliary battery impact the electric mode feature?

In the event of auxiliary battery malfunction, what functions do not work in the car? I've observed that the electric mode is always off even though its says that I've 11 miles that I can use from electric motor.

Did you buy the car new or used? If used, from a Mercedes dealer?

I'd be straight back to the dealer with this one, in the first instance. The EV bits can be complex and an expensive fix.

I've reported this issue to the dealer and they have agreed to fix this issue. Hopefully this issue gets sorted sooner... thanks...

Got the issue fixed by the dealer, I don't see the error on the dashboard now. Thanks for all the inputs!!
