Hi Members.
Please can anyone advise me on what to do RE my 1985 380 sec coupe? I recently had her MOT'D and had to have the emissions screw adjusted to pass test? Now she runs smoothly but stalls sometimes on tick over. I am sure the idle electric box is fine as auto choke kicks in to compensate but this makes revs to high in neutral???So would like to know if a simple adjustment on throttle linkage is required ?
Many thanks in anticipation Chris Cross:confused:

Have a look just in front of the throttle body air flow sensor and you may have a large screw, if so this will alter your idle speed.

The MOT place may have over adjusted the position of the mixture screw, just on 1/8th of a turn could also rectify the problem without upsetting the Co2
