3rd MB Wanted C43 but Got C300 :(

Hey all you MB people. HELP!! I have had 9 BMWs and 4 Mercedes. I wanted C43 and dealer talked me into a 2019 C300. It is quick for sedan but not for me. I live in Portland OR. Do not buy from Mercedes Benz of Portland, Beaverton much better.
How do I know if I have audio 20? The car does not come with gps and have been using CarPlay and my phone does not always work lately. I have tried 4 different SD EBay cards and none worked. They say I need Audio 20 for cards to work. I am not paying the dealer $600. I have wide video screen. Car built 12/18. HELP!

Welcome. There are two Mercedes navigation systems - Comand is the expensive option and, certainly in the UK, CarPlay doesn’t work with that. The other system in the UK is Garmin Map Pilot and that comes as an add-on to Audio 20. So you must have Audio 20.

With your vin number use any of the multitude of online or app vin decoders and you'll get a full list of what your car has installed
