5 Beeps when I take the key out of ignition switch?

Cant say I've seen any weird messages on the cluster?!?

The phone antenna is nothing to do with the radio extending antenna

Agreed Malcolm, but on my 129 leaving the telephone in the cradle and switching off causes the beeps, and switching the ignition on with the phone in the cradle causes the ariel to extend, whether the phone is on or off. Remember our discussion on fuel filler flaps!

Getting back to the original post, the 5 beeps will be from The Pioneer radio telling you to remove the front panel. I've got a Pioneer and it does exactly what yours does.
