Hi All,
I'm new to the forum but am seeking some advice.
I have a 2011 E Class Estate that has Artico seats. I noticed five days after the three year warranty expired that there was a split in the front drivers seat. MB Birmingham have said that MB will contribute 50% to the full retail price cost of the repair (£400).
I feel badly treated given the split was probably there during the warranty period & not noticed - besides it must have been wearing during the warranty period. After taking 6 weeks to respond they have offered 50%.
Any wise ideas on how to get them to pay for the full amount please?
