5 year old CLK's Cleacoat coming off on roof

Can one get the clearcoat reapplied? What will the approximate cost?

No,it is not possible to just renew the clear coat, the paint used is a system consisting of a water base coat, and two pack top coat, There is no way to get the old clear coat off,with out damaging the base coat underneath. Any sanding marks in the old system would show through the top two pack clear.
Base coats cannot be sanded.
