What a tragedy - yucky green leather interior when tan would have looked so much nicer.
Couldn't live with all that green. sorry if you are the seller.

No not the seller just saw it and liked it for the condition and colour, even the green int look smart imo. and has always loved these w126's.

The car looks like it's in a very good condition.

Well, the green interior is an aquired taste and personally I would have preferred a black interior. Never tan.....

Father had a 560SEC in grey metallic and grey leather. A bit too much grey in my opinion, but it did look pretty good with the wood (same as the one above) as well as the wood gear lever.

.

I had a Pale blue 500SEC with interior Amaretta (soft suade) in cream. I think light colours are beautiful in a car which when new, is likely to be owned by someone who "does not get their hands dirty" and so the interior stays immaculate. Seven owners down the line and well...... amaretta is not an easy substance to clean , and like suade with constant friction, it turns into the leather.

Don't think Mercedes do Amaretta any more.

They do actually. But only as Designo for the SL Class.

I love it - you don't get green on Designo green in the States. Just the usual Mercedes metallics.

It's all about personal taste. I have a cypress green SEC with dark green leather interior, with green velour inserts and I LOVE it! It's known as "the snooker table" but I do get lots of admiring comments. Sometimes it's just good to be different!
