814 vario

Hi I have a customer with a Y reg 814 vario, he had a starting issue which was found to be the starter solenoid terminal to which I replaced, he also replaced the batteries himself and since then the heater blower does not work, I had a quick look and the fuses and relays all seem fine but there is no power to the heater switch.... Any ideas ?
