93 c200 viscous fan operating range

got a 1993 c200, recently had cylinder head skimmed and heat gasket,water pump and thermostat, but still got cooling concern , i think that the issue is with the fan. i know how to test but the question is, at what temp

also having trouble with the idle, every time i select a (auto) gear it stalls , any idea???

The normal temperture is 85c up to 100c max and should be working.

Your idle relay should increase the speed of engine when put in gear or turn aircon on.
