im looking at this car its a good clean car being sold to trade no warrenty ]

BODY WORK AND INTERIOR VERY CLEAN. MAY HAVE GEAR BOX PROBLEM. IT FALLS OUT OF GEAR SOME TIMES BUT DRIVES AGAIN IMMEDIATELY.

is it a big fix to fix prob in gear box or a expensive one . could i do the job my self as im very machinal minded

Dropping out of gear ??? probably never had a box fluid change, if this is the case then could be valve block dirty, and worth changing the fluid

is it an easy fix for a DIY'er . as this car is being sold cheap and with no warrenty

is it also a cheap fix as the valve block is it easy to get at and replace also price

Its a bit like how long is a piece of string,, could be bad fluid and low, dirt in valve block, these can be cleaned,,,pump possible, but on a non serviced car the fluid should be the number one to hope for, and the cure.

Very hard to be exact
