A.C problem condenser replaced, fans contineously running even when A.c put to rest

2009 Mercedes Vito 111 2.2 Cdi W639
Just spent the afternoon replacing the condenser and had it regassed which has took with no leaks
HOWEVER
The fans now come on and run contineously, the compressor is doing it's job as the high side is red hot and the low side is freezing
The A.C is NOT COLD still just blowing normal outside air temps
Help please??
When the a.c is put to rest the fans keep running! Which screams electrical but where do I start looking now

Are you able to interrogate via scan tool what the aircon system pressure is reading?
I'm not saying it is this, but on my E class, when the aircon gas is too low, the fan starts about 10 seconds after engine start and keeps running.

Any fault codes via good quality scan tool/STAR scan?
