Can anyone advise of what we should expect to pay to have a crank shaft position sensor replaced on our Mercedes A Class petrol automatic (think its an A160). Its a 52 reg and a great little runner and this is first time it has ever gone wrong.

Someone came and undertook a diagnostic and this is what the problem was but its next steps really.

Thanks

If you don't want confirmation via a diagnostic test first then.....
Around £25 labour
Cp sensor from ecp around £70

As above, except for the few that seize in solid, and need to be drilled out - but at least access is OK on this engine!
