Hi

Wondering if anyone can help a Merc novice.....

I am looking to buy post facelift A class Avantgarde.
I was told by a dealer a few days ago that the the newer models have visible inserts in the front bumpers and the old ones don't - is this the case? I read the revised model was introduced in June 2001. I am just a bit confused as I have been looking at a 02 / 2002 model on the internet and can't seem to see any inserts (it is a small picture of a dark car so there is a chance that I can't see them, but that they are there).

Also, can anyone recommend a good link for A class images?

Thanks !

Paul

I decided to buy the one I was talking about Doriant - thanks anyway.

For anyone who's interested, it has AMG styling, hence no rubbing strips front or back. Definitely a facelift though.

Not quite, Mark. Snort snort.
