A-Class loves the summer

A-class [new model] diesel 12,000 miles. Since Xmas there has been a good deal more engine vibration than before, both cold and warm, most noticeable at idle and on vigorous acceleration from lower revs. However even with the engine well warmed-up this is much worse in colder weather than when its warm. Does this engine have an ambient temperature sensor, and if so how might this be affecting the issue? The EGR valve needed replacement about 6 months ago. Could that be any part of the problem?

MB Main dealer agree there's and 'issue' but can make no diagnosis.

Just an idea;
As it is under warranty it maybe worth asking them to check/change the engine mounts. I had this issue on a new company car (non MB) and as the engine mounts were gas filled you couldn't tell they were faulty. They changed them and the vibration went.
