A class Warning Lights

Hi. I wondered if anyone could help me please. I have a 2014 A180. Recently I have had a load of warning lights come up and my car goes into what I think is limp mode. I have taken to our usual mechanic but he doesn’t seem to know what the problem is. Can anyone advise or recommend an independent MB specialist I could contact please? I am based in Epsom, Surrey. I’ve attached some photos I took of the warning lights/messages

@alexanderfoti isn’t that far away from you :)

I’d take a look at the battery first and see if it’s 12.6v with the engine off
