A class windows (battery recharged)

I know this sort of thing has been canvassed before, but I don't have the handbook with me and I need to tell someone else what to do to reset the windows on our A Class after it's been jump started on a completely flat battery.

1. Battery now charged and engine running.
2. Driver's side window has gone down but won't go up.

How do we get the window up (preferably without having to disconnect the battery)?

there is 4 positions to each switch 2 up 2 down the first is manual the second is "one touch" automatic, to reprogram each wind press window up "manual" 5 secs then keep it pressed and go to automatic for 5 secs do this for every position on every switch
