Hi Guys,

I have just joined up as I have a couple of questions that you guys may be able to help me with. My car has been in the garage and come up with a few error codes regarding the brakes. Now the garage advised I ask on here if anyone knows what the codes are saying is the problem as they could end up spending a lot of time and money testing things to try to work it out. The codes are;

C1141 - electronic stability program brake pressure sensor - B34 plausibility error
C1038 - engine ECU not identified, or incorrect
C1112 - speed sensor front right L6/2 signal fault
C1102 - speed sensor front left L6/1 signal fault.

The other question is simply what length dip stick do I need for this engine.

I would appreciate any information and thank you in advance.

Cheers

James

Hi James and welcome. What did they use to read those codes?
Did it have those errors before it went into the garage or are they something new?

Hi and thanks for responding.

It has been in the garage a few times recently. These codes came up and so they reset everything to see what happened over the next week. I then went back in and these codes are the ones that came back up. I don't know what they used to find these codes so any help is mightily appreciated.

Thanks

James
