what's the difference between E series coupes and CE series coupes???

i've got a 94' L reg. E320 coupe in dark blue pretty nice car

I think its just in a certain year they changed the name. Not 100% sure though.

Yup, its just a branding matter, that and the fact the E's have different engines (220 and 320 only, at least in UK).

yes, it is. it's the sl grill with a merc's logo.
