A170 CDI 02 reg oil Warning

Hello All
My Wifes A Class comes up with Hi Oil warning after about 10 mins , we have checked the oil on dipstick and it is ok. How do I fix this Please.

then leave it, if the oil level is correct on the dip stick then it is ok!!!

The only problem is the annoying warning on the dashboard and the buzzer.
is there a way to pull a fuse or snip a wire :)

It's the oil level transducer, darn things go gar gar and one minuet it's 1.5l to low then after a fast blast its too high. ignore it and go by the dip stick, a method that's worked for over a 100 years, apart from which, as with all things Mercedes, it pricy and a sod to change.
