Hi All.

I have never owned or driven a Merc before.

Am looking into purchasing me 1st baby Merc the A-Class.

Have seen a few on Merc websites pricing around £6500 for 2000-2002.
I am keen to have a Diesel with an auto box.

Can anyone advise which particular model of diesel auto to buy?
Which year?
What is a semi-auto box?
And what to look out for?
Is the price OK from the dealers?
