Okay I have read countless posts and stuff about the ABC system and just need a couple questions answered about my problem

On my way home from a friends house I got the abc warning drive careful light not knowing that my fluid had leaked out due to a leak I proceeded to drive home for an hour I didn’t hear anything different in the car just saw it was low and I got home fine.

Next day I filled some fluid in there and it all leaked out looks like there is some at the bottom but below the dip stick and I think from what I read in another post is that it could be the front valve block washers to the bolt but it leaking fluid too fast for me to see the leak actively happening is it possible that the washers went out and would cause the leak to come out very quickly if the car is on?

My second question which I’m scared to know the answer to is since I drove about an hour after the red warning like came on. Is it guaranteed I broke my pump also?

I have been working on cars I own for years now I am able to fix whatever is wrong with it myself

I bought this car off of a supervisor a couple days ago who owns his own dealership so he got this car from auction for very cheap and I was able to get it for 2k with only 117k miles on it had 0 leaks or problems when I bought it from him and he had it for about 4 months.

Hmmmmm seems like he sold you a leaking car.
Best bet get it cleaned up. Ask a friend to pour in new fluid while you are the bottom.
Logical to source the leak.

You are brave driving for an hour with a red warning !
Regarding the pump, read the “ABC how it all works”
in the Suspension forum here. Your answer is there.
Good luck.

Great news i only need to replace the aluminum washers at the front valve block I am currently taking the bolt out with a ratcheting 3/4 wrench from under the car.

Then I will flush the system and put new filters on it and hope my pump is okay there was still plenty of fluid for the power steering so hoping that it’s okay these forums have been a huge help

I'm trying to remember if mine had copper washers either side. I'm pretty sure there was one between the pump and line but not directly under the bolt head.

I didn’t find a washer on the bolt side I did see that there are green o rings which I will replace while I’m here but I havent been able to see if there is a washer or o ring on the pump side cause I can’t get the line to move

Yea that’s a good idea I sprayed some pressurized air through the bolt to clean the scream a bit but I will spray with brake clean and the area the o rings go in.

IMG_9078.jpeg Hello I had a leak at where the banjo bolt goes into the pulsation dampener in this picture. it looked like it was coming through the O rings so I replaced them with Mercedes oem ones and after putting it back on it still leaked a large stream of fluid anyone have this problem and what did y’all do

At the moment my plan is to check if the o rings were inserted properly and possibly go get another hose from a junk yard I’d prefer not to do that but I just want this car to work again
