Throw no faults, no limp home, but very bad acceleration. OM642 350 s bluetec w221. Icarsoft show strange behavior in Absolute trottle position. Measure 34-95% at idle in live stream mb icarsoft

Take the car to a Mercedes independent tech with STAR diagnostics.

That is far more accurate for fault finding using live data.
From your screenshot you may have a faulty throttle position sensor which would be confirmed with STAR.
